About OSH Experts

Hi! I'm Matt Thompson, CSP, and I'm the Chief Safety Guy at TSG Safety. As a workplace safety consultant and OSHA compliance expert, I help organizations create safer, healthier, and more productive work environments. With over 20 years of experience in the field, I have a deep understanding of OSHA regulations and best practices for workplace safety. I am dedicated to helping organizations prevent accidents, injuries, and illnesses, and to ensure that they are in compliance with OSHA standards.

I have my undergraduate degree in Risk Management and Insurance (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA), both from the University of Georgia. I have also earned the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification, which was obtained from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.

I also founded ShieldSphere, an AI-powered EHS software platform.
